    Hi there, i read yor blpog from time to time and i own a
    similar oone and i was just wondering if you get a loot of spam responses?
    If soo how do youu prevent it, any plugin or anything you can advise?
    I get soo much lately it's driving me mad

    First of all I would like to say fantastic blog!

    I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
    I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
    I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts
